Lana LLC (“Lana,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is a single-member limited-liability company registered in California, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the
Client First Touch form and our website, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
1. Information we collectWhen you complete the form or browse our site we collect only:
- Business identifiers: website URL, Instagram handle, industry or niche description, marketing goals, and budget range.
- Contact details: your business e-mail address and any information you choose to type into the “Additional requests” field.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, date/time, referring page).
- We do not ask for names, personal phone numbers, payment details, or any “sensitive” categories of personal data.
2. How we use the information- to evaluate your marketing needs and prepare a personalised proposal;
- to communicate with you about that proposal or future services;
- to improve the usability and security of our website.
3. Legal basisFor visitors from the EU/UK we process data under
legitimate interest (answering an enquiry you initiated) or, where applicable,
contract performance (pre-contractual steps you request).
4. Sharing and transfersWe do not sell or rent your information. Data is shared only with:
- our email service provider (for replies), and
- our secure cloud-storage provider (to store your form submission).
- Both operate in the United States and are bound by confidentiality agreements.
5. SecurityData is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in encrypted form with access restricted to authorised Lana staff. We retain enquiry data for
12 months, after which it is deleted unless you become a client or ask us to erase it sooner.
6. Your choicesYou may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing
privacy@lana-marketing.com. California residents can also direct us not to “sell” data (we never do) and to know what categories we hold.
7. ChildrenOur services are aimed at adult business owners. We do
not knowingly collect information from anyone
under 16 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8. ChangesWe may update this Policy; any material change will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
